One Sweet Life

I made this for the Practical Scrappers 1 year anniversary! They wanted you to use the word ONE, or have only ONE picture, or use only ONE embellishment over and over. I LOVE the way this turned out. In "real life" it is so much more vibrant. But head over to Practical Scrappers and check out all of the other ONES... hee hee.

Watermelons are from Doodlecharms
Sweet is from All Mixed Up welded to a circle from George.
All paper is from Stampin' Up.

Inspiration board

This is the back side of my kitchen cabinets. I painted them with magnetic paint so that I could make a gigantic inspiration board. I then cut out the word inspire out of vinyl and I had to add a red bird to match my chairs. :)

I have since painted the brown trim green and I like it a lot better but I wanted to get this up. I REDID MY SCRAPBOOKING ROOM! I will take pictures and post them after my vacation! I love it!!!!!

Flower Thank you

I made this for an amazing lady from church who gave me a beautiful boquet of flowers from her garden! They were stunning!

Watermelon Card

I made this fun card for my sweet neighbors who shared their watermelon with us!

Disney Wordbook

Our family was very blessed to be able to have the same teacher 2 years in a row. My daughter had her first and the next year my son was in her class. She is an amazing teacher and just as obsessed with Disneyland as I am! So for her end of the year gift I made her a Disney Wordbook, because last year I made her a "Peart Family" book. I really loved the way it turned out and I will be making one of these for me to keep! :)

Disney Wordbook inside pages

This "A" page has a clear envelope to hold tickets or fast passes. It is the perfect size for the admission ticket. I have had it for YEARS! I need to go and see if I can find another one now. I thought the popcorn paper was funny because I always think of popcorn at Disneyland. My mom always buys it when we go!

I left the last page blank so they could do a collage of lots of pics. When it is opened it is 22 inches long and 6 inches wide. I LOVE the last page paper. I got it at JoAnns. I should have bought a TON of it when it was on sale!!!!

End of the year teacher gift

This is the second year that I have made wordbooks for the kids teachers. I love doing them and they are pretty quick once you get it designed on the Gypsy. I loved the colors for Mrs. Blake. They are very her! She is an amazing teacher and we were so blessed to have her!

Gooey Goodness

Another ice cream layout! This one is more "rocked out". I used Don Juan for the title. Indie Art for the ice cream and my favorite Martha Stewart "drippy goo" border punch. The paper is Basic Grey and Bo Bunny. A little bit of fruit punch Stickles.

2 Scoops of Fun!!

I entered this layout in a contest for none other than my favorite Provo Craft! It had to be a layout about Ice Cream. It should be fun to see the winner!! I used Doodlecharms, All mixed Up, Tags Bags Boxes and more, and Don Juan! The paper is from my Stampin' Up Stash!! I have got to use my stash!!!!

Baby Shower Party Favors

These are simple but so cute. They are made from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More and Doodlecharms. A little chalk on the cheeks, some blue behind the eyes and pop dots is all that is needed to bring these sweet girls to life! It is such a cute cut!

Teacher Appreciation Notepad

I made these for my kids teachers this year. It is from My Community. I was too afraid of cutting all of the paper that I would need for the middles so I designed it to fit around a pad of yellow notebook paper that you can get at the Dollar Store. They were super fast to make which was an added bonus! The yellow paper inside ended right about where the pencil starts to angle in so I had to make a front and back with chipboard (cereal boxes) and then covered that on the front and back to make sure it was sturdy. I will be making more of these because they were so quick! They would be a good start of the year teacher gift too!

Calorie Free Cupcake Socks

I jumped on the band wagon of these adorable cupcake socks! They make FABULOUS calorie free presents for my friends and the kids teachers! They were all the rage on the Cricut Message boards for awhile. They are made from the fuzzy spa socks rolled up to look like a cupcake. I don't have a cartridge that has a cupcake wrapper so I made my own with my Gypsy. Just add a cute red pom pom on the top and wrap it in cellophane! SO CUTE!
